Yotta MVS, Inc. specializes in field data verification, address matching, and imaging.  Using electronic maps and orthophotos, We collect the x-y coordinate for each structure, verify its site address and, optionally, the unit addresses within, and take a street-view image to confirm.

We provide software applications to integrate and review field-verified data at the desktop, allowing appraisers to resolve most appraisal issues in the office.  

Furthermore, our exciting new Mobile Office application, “Mobile O,” makes it easy to locate and route work that can only be done in the field by providing all the data you need -- CAMA, GIS, orthos, obliques and street-view images -- to make a decision wherever you are.
