Database Exception Identification Most property records contain incomplete or incorrect data elements to some degree. Through its collection process, Yotta MVS assists in identifying and correcting the jurisdiction’s property records and mapping systems by creating property attributes. These attributes greatly improve a jurisdiction’s efficiency in correcting the property records, and Yotta MVS's Image Management software applications provide the means to easily identify the property records for a selected attribute. Analysis of Data Collection Attributes Yotta MVS has also developed a Field Verification Application that provides a visual presentation of the Image Attribute database through the use of a GIS system. This application allows the user to plot by color the property attributes, identify patterns of property attributes in a geographic area and scroll through the image database, virtually walking along the street. |
