Photographer/Computer
Technician
This
position involves working from a van to collect a photo, an x-y
coordinate and verify the address of structures
in property taxing jurisdictions and cities throughout the
United States
.
Full-time positions are available:
5
day work week, 8 hours a day, typically with an additional 4 hours
overtime per week.
Good

Qualifications
The
ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

A
working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and how computers work, but
need not have formal training.

The
ability to type and use a keyboard.

A
basic sense of direction (North, South, East and West) and the
ability to read a map and follow directions.

Good
eyesight and a sense of what constitutes a good photo (color, size,
subject orientation).

No
evidence of motion sickness and the ability to read a computer
screen in a moving vehicle.

A
willingness to work outside under demanding conditions; heat/cold,
busy streets, questions from the public, etc.

A
calm demeanor is a plus.
Applicants
must be at least 21 years of age, possess a good driving record, be
willing to subject oneself to drug testing and a background check, and
be able to work largely unsupervised.
