County, OH, Schedules ADV+ Project
Mobile
Video will be deploying Appraisal Data Verification Plus (ADV+) field
verification crews this Spring to
Mahoning County,
Ohio
. Mobile Video has partnered with Manatron Appraisal Division to assist
the County with updating over 105,000 improved residential properties.
Mahoning is the fourth jurisdiction to select the ADV+ field collection
process in less than a year. In addition to the standard "team"
of MVSI employees, Manatron will be providing on-board review appraisers
in the vans to verify property appraisal information. ADV+ is an
alternative to the standard revaluations or updates undertaken by most
jurisdictions.
Mahoning
County
is the 7th jurisdiction in
Ohio
to have contracted services from Mobile Video.
