Wyandotte County, KS, ADV+ Project Underway

Appraisal Data Verification Plus (ADV+) field verification crews have been assigned to Wyandotte County, Kansas. Mobile Video has been contracted to assist the County with updating 40,000 improved residential properties. In addition to the standard "team" of Mobile Video employees, Sabre Appraisal Services, a division of Manatron Corporation, will be providing an on-board review appraiser in the van to verify property appraisal information. ADV+ is an alternative to the standard revaluations or updates undertaken by most jurisdictions.
