News Archives:ADV+ Project Begins in Hamilton County, Ohio Hamilton County is the first jurisdiction to employ the Appraisal Data Verification Plus (ADV+) application. Mobile Video will be responsible for data collection across the county. In addition to the standard "team" of employees, Sabre/Manatron will be providing an on-board review appraiser in each of the vans to verify property appraisal information. ADV+ is an inexpensive alternative to the standard revaluations undertaken by most jurisdictions. The project will start with 4 crews and is anticipated to run through the end of October 2003.
